The contact centre systems behind Kenya Power. Campus networks at universities that have renewed with us for six years running. A fibre network we own and are building out across western Kenya. Banks, SACCOs, hospitals and manufacturers whose operations run on what our engineers design, install and maintain.<\/p>\n<h2>How we work<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Documentation is the culture.<\/strong> Everything we build is documented to be inherited \u2014 which means you join an environment you can actually understand, and leave work that outlasts you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sector teams, real ownership.<\/strong> Our delivery and account teams are organised by industry. You learn a sector deeply \u2014 its regulators, systems and seasons \u2014 instead of firefighting randomly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-year clients, not churn.<\/strong> We measure ourselves by how long customers stay. That changes how it feels to do the work: you build relationships and systems, not tickets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training is an investment, not a cost.<\/strong> We keep certifications current across the platforms we deploy \u2014 Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who we look for<\/h2>\n<p>Engineers across networking, security, cloud and voice; field technicians in western Kenya for the fibre rollout; and sector-focused account managers. At every level we hire for the same two things: technical honesty and the discipline to document.<\/p>\n<h2>Open applications<\/h2>\n<p>We review every serious application, whether or not a specific role is advertised.
